This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes how Profitable Signals, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”)collects, uses and discloses information about you when you use our website (growthsignals.com), applications, services, tools and features (collectively, the “Services”). For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, “you” and “your” means you as our customer. Please note that the Services are designed for users in the United States only and are not intended for users located outside the United States.

This Privacy Notice governs use of our Services between us and our customers. If you receive anyderivative works from the output of our Services, namely, a customer-branded instance of our Services,this Privacy Notice does not apply. Our customer (the entity that provides access to the platform to you as the end user) is the controller of that any data and any other products collected via its separate instance.As such, we encourage you to review the customer’s policies for information on how they handle your personal data.

We may modify this Privacy Notice from time to time, in which case we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes to how we use or disclose informationwe collect, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (such as by emailing you at the last email address you provided us, by posting notice of such changes on the Services, or by other means consistent with applicable law) and will take additional steps as required by applicable law.  If you do not agree to any updates to this Privacy Notice, please do not continue using or accessing the Services.

User-generated content, such as text, videos, images, or files (“Customer Inputs”), submitted by you as well as new content that is generated and output based on such prompts (“Customer Outputs”). As discussed in our terms, you agree not to include any personal data in any Customer Inputs. We may use Customer Inputs and Customer Outputs to improve the Services.

Any other information you choose to include in communications with us, for example, when sending us a message.

Information Collected Automatically

We may also use cookies or other tracking technologies to automatically collect certain information about your interactions with the Services. We collect and use this information to tailor your experience with the Services, run analytics, better understand user interactions with the Services. Such information includes:

5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information about children. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information about a child, in particular any child under 13 years of age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the below informationto request that it be deleted.

7. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Any California residents under the age of 18 who have registered to use the Services and who have posted content or information on the Services can request that such information be removed from the Services by contacting us at the information provided below. Such request must state that they personally posted such content or information and detail where the content or information is posted. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the post from prospective public view or anonymize it so the minor cannot be individually identified. This removal process cannot ensure complete or comprehensive removal. For instance, third parties may have republished the post and archived copies of it may be stored by search engines and others that we do not control.
